We take pride in starting with the finest quality meats. We slow smoke them with hickory wood to achieve the maximum tenderness and flavor. All of our side dishes are made from scratch - from the cutting of the potatoes to the grating of the slaw. Don’t forget dessert! If you loved your granny's banana pudding, you will want to save room for some of ours. We’ve been told more than once that it tastes just like what my granny made.
